Commercial Land and Building Sites

Numerous commercial land sites in the south and southwestern sections of the site will become host new-construction single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial buildings providing modern, energy efficient space for new restaurants, retail stores and shops, private offices, flex-space buildings, and more.

Over time, selected areas of the site will also host new mixed-use buildings situated in a “town center” layout, offering walkable ground-level retail and office space coupled with multiple levels of residential homes above the street level.
