Preconstruction Disclosure Notice – Download

    The preconstruction disclosure notice provides additional information regarding the overall development plans of the community, developers, current status of active projects and financing, potential risks, projected availability timeframes, property owner associations and more.  Prospective community residents and property owners should review and acknowledge receipt of this document and submit a copy along with a preconstruction reservation request described below. 

Eagle Park Preconstruction Reservation Agreement – Download

    Eagle Park is one of the first residential home developments planned for the Hawk Ridge Landing community as described in the Homes and Property section of our website.  The Eagle Park neighborhood will become home to 55-60 new community residents, with new home installation and delivery dates starting in Q4 of 2022.  The preconstruction reservation agreement enables prospective residents to select and reserve a preferred home style and homesite location prior to the actual start of Eagle Park construction work.
