Coming Soon – Commercial Land

    Selected areas of property within Hawk Ridge Landing have been reserved for construction of commercial buildings such as restaurants, shops, offices, flex-space warehouses, etc.  The initial land offers will be located on the high-visibility corners of US Hwy 64, Butler Mountain Road, Neutron Drive and Falcon Center Drive.  

    In additional to the Hwy 64 building sites, selected sections of nearby interior land have also been allocated for purchase or lease by commercial property owners.  Fully improved construction-ready building sites will be available during the first phase of community development starting in early 2025. Unimproved land for building sites is available now. 

    Improved building sites include access to preinstalled public water and sewer services, 3-phase electric utility power, broadband Internet, and other modern telecom services.

    Commercial building sites will range in size from 0.25 acres up to 3 acres. Pricing and lease rates for commercial building sites will be determined by the proposed use type and sales or lease preference of prospective property owners.
