Preconstruction Sales Reservations

    The Hawk Ridge Landing site manager is currently accepting preconstruction sales reservations for selected homes and property located within the community.  Preconstruction reservations offer a number of attractive buyer benefits, including early access to the best homes and locations, first choice from a limited number of available homes in each neighborhood, early buyer sales price discounts, and more. 

    Placing a preconstruction sales reservation allows potential home buyers to join our community waiting list while the final details of regulatory approvals, property owner associations, specific home plans and specifications, etc. are finalized over the next few months.   Reservations from potential buyers also help the community managers prioritize home and neighborhood construction projects within the overall community.

    Preconstruction reservations require an earnest money deposit to be held in escrow by our local closing attorney.  Reservation deposits are fully refundable until such time as buyers establish firm real estate contract and purchase agreements when available from the applicable neighborhood developer. 

    Contractors interested in providing services to the new community may also register as new users in the online Hawks Nest portal, after which they will be contacted by a community representative for discussions regarding their products and services.
